In
all the years we have been traveling the South Island we have always
stayed at the North South Holiday Park. Reason? First its location is
so easy to negotiate whenever we are required to be around the
Christchurch area. If you plan to go to the airport or the Antarctic
Centre it is just down the road and easy to access from North South.
Plus
it has everything one might need when traveling as far as
accommodations from the new park motels, standard cabins, ensuites,
self-contained, tent and caravan sites even for large vehicles.
A swimming pool, sauna and children's area, and a BBQ area.
Right across the road is a restaurant and bar.
They provide a courtesy van to the airport that is real handy.
If dropping off a campervan plus there is a place to wash it before
hand.
They are the closest Park to the campervan depots and the airport.
The park is very large and laid out in a park like setting with plenty
of trees here in the middle of the metropolitan area.
The hosts Julie & Steve go out of their way to make sure everything
is right and with a smile.
Number one highly recommended spot to stay when near Christchurch at an
affordable cost with all accommodations available.
